This program with Joyce Kang is designed for digital photographers who want to explore the possibility of film photography. You will learn the best methods to expose each stock and create beautiful film imagery for every frame. Using models, Joyce will demonstrate how to shoot real scenarios quickly and easily on film. Film cameras with a working in-camera meter and film are recommended if you'd like to participate in shooting during this program, but are not required. A basic knowledge of the exposure triangle is required for this program.

Learning Objectives:
1. Understand the concepts of The Zone System and Inverse Law of Light.
2. Become familiar with a variety of film stocks and show how to expose for them.
3. Learn how to produce consistent results with each film stock.
4. Learn how elements of design have significant impact in your film images.
5. Learn how to meter and shoot a real-life scene, for example, a fast moving subject (using model).
