Come learn why shooting the everyday is not only beautiful, but important. Emily Jackson will walk you through the way she approaches lifestyle shooting, focusing on finding humor in the commonplace, encouraging sibling interaction, and capturing the details that tell your family's story. Watch Emily photograph a lifestyle session using child models. She will walk you through her thought process when shooting her own children or a client's family.

Learning Objectives:
1. Understand why shooting lifestyle/everyday is important.
2. Learn about the impact that a 365 shooting project has on your growth as a photographer, including developing your personal style.
3. Learn why certain compositions and lighting scenarios add to or detract from a lifestyle picture.
4. Gain ideas of the types of lifestyle images you can capture with your own kids (playing, eating, and other interactions.)
5. Learn to capture the "real" versus posed, as well as see how lifestyle photography can be a hybrid of both.
